CrossFit 2-day per week R425 every month • 10 visits per Month • CrossFit Group WOD (Workout of the Day) sessions led by a CrossFit coach and access to 'Open Gym' times where no coaching takes place. 2 sessions per week = 8 sessions per month = R400.00 per month = R50.00 per class.

CrossFit Unlimited R740 every month • Unlimited visits • CrossFit Group WOD (Workout of the Day) sessions led by a CrossFit coach and access to 'Open Gym' session without a coach. Unlimited sessions per day and week including specialist classes such as Olympic lifting, trigger point therapy etc.
